Webster’s original dictionary is important because it is the first American dictionary, and it was written from a perspective of liberty and Biblical foundations.
I agree with you… the original Webster Dictionary was a masterpiece. The modern one is a little to be desired. I use the original also in the free e-Sword software for Bible study too.
