I think I just spent more hours on FB than ever. And I don’t play games or other apps. And I haven’t been reading updates.

I’ve been working on new Pages for Me & My House ministries (in general) and Lifestyle Education through Discipleship™. I’ve increased my knowledge of FB Pages exponentially in the last 24 hours – and decreased my sleep proportionately.

If you Facebook, stop by and join our Pages, to keep up to date with Me and My House in a one-stop place that you’re browsing anyhow. (That is become a Fan, or Like us, or whatever FB settles on after this day of going back and forth between the two.)

It’s a new year and time for some new things at Me and My House. The first is a complete website remodel!  Once we get that done, we will be ready to delve right in to providing new content.

If you haven’t taken a look at our website this week, check it out! We’re still in the process of remodeling, but all the ‘from me’, Clear Vision, and the family sections are done. Just the L.E.D. and Good for You-Naturally! sections and the blog themes are yet to be completed. We’re excited about the new look. Hope you like it too.

Our January issue of Me and My House musings, our monthly free newsletter will wait until the remodel is done (hopefully). So if you aren’t a subscriber, sign up now to get the next issue.

We’re home from vacation, (pics and details to follow) which wrecked havoc on our eating (well to some degree anyhow), even though we did as one only can, ate the best choices we had available – sometimes pretty good, sometimes mediocre. (And yet, I’d be remiss to not note our tremendous gratefulness and appreciation to the church for providing such wonderful spreads for us while we were there.)

One thing I had time to do while I was gone (with very little internet connection available) is go back through posts, and find there were a few in my drafts files that never got posted. So in addition to Saturday’s post, which didn’t get posted, due to lack of connection, there are 2 others from scattered times over the past year.

For my birthday (Tues.) I did a little redecorating. Not full remodeling or anything, just some re-painting and wallpapering. Not the kind that causes any physical labor or money – things I’m currently short on – but the kind that is free and can be done sitting on the couch.

I changed backgrounds and updated many of my webpages. Take a look. Click on through to see several sections "freshened up".
