About Good for You-Naturally!™

gfyappleAnd God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for food [nourishment].” Gen. 1:29

I don’t think you would find a research study, scientific, medical or nutritional, or a health practitioner, traditional or alternative, that would not agree that it would be good for us to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables and drink more pure water. These are pretty basic foundations that “everyone” knows–yet few follow.

The controversy comes when looking at the how and what else. What else should we be eating? How much of what should we be eating? How and when should we be eating it? How dangerous are other things?

If you have trouble with other things I teach, just go back to this basic. Eat more fresh (raw) fruits and vegetables and drink more pure water. It’s a good foundation to begin on. But I believe this foundation can and should be built upon. And I believe there is good scientific and biblical reasons for teaching the way I do. Hand in hand with what we should be eating more of, are the things we should be eating (far) less of–or better yet, totally avoiding! These are the highly processed and man-made “foods.”

I teach for Freedom & Simplicity™. That means I don’t think things have to be complicated and hard. Learning to eat nutritiously doesn’t not require a string of letters after your name, or any sort of “degree”. Eating for health is not a medical “condition”. It is your Life–given to you. It requires understanding and common sense application. You can do it! I think you’ll find my explanations and reasons simple to understand. However, you still have to apply it yourself. It isn’t difficult to understand what you should eat and why. I even will help you with the how. But you will have to make the choice to do it!

It can all be summed up by:

Eat Real Whole Plant Foods!

For your health,
Lisa
