Years ago I didn&#8217;t think I liked them. I&#8217;d grown up on rolled oats and eaten those my entire life.<\/p>\n<p>But when I tried Steel Cut in more recent years, I found I loved them!\u00a0The texture of the Steel Cut is different. Chewier. For those that\u00a0think you hate oatmeal because it is mushy, give Steel Cut Oats a try!<\/p>\n<p>Now, I love them even more because I make them in my <a href=\"https:\/\/frommeandmyhouse.com\/gfy\/downloads\/instant-pot\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Instant Pot<\/strong><\/a>, and can just dump in the oats and water, set it and forget it. No watching a clock. No watching&#8211;or scorching&#8211;a pan. I can go off and do whatever I want, not worrying about when I get back to them. I get mine bulk through\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/azurestandard.com\" target=\"_blank\">Azure Standard<\/a>.)<\/li>\n<li>1 2\/3 cup purified water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>I put\u00a0in a 4 cup <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1nZPRmH\" target=\"_blank\">Pyrex bowl<\/a> on a trivet in my <a href=\"https:\/\/frommeandmyhouse.com\/gfy\/downloads\/instant-pot\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Instant Pot<\/strong><\/a>, with 1 cup water (in the liner pan) below.<\/li>\n<li>Cook at Manual, 10 minutes. You can Quick Release.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with berries, <a href=\"https:\/\/frommeandmyhouse.com\/gfy\/almond-milk\/\" target=\"_blank\">homemade Almond Milk<\/a>, and if desired cinnamon and and a hint of maple syrup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you make Steel Cut Oats?
