I use a &#8220;white&#8221; wheat. You can use Spelt or Kamut instead if you avoid regular wheat.)<br \/>\n<strong>1\/2 tsp. baking soda<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1\/2 tsp. baking powder <\/strong>(non-aluminum, like Rumford&#8217;s)<br \/>\n<strong>1 tsp. cinnamon<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mix all together.<\/p>\n<p>Optional add-ins: <strong>1\/2 cup carob chips<\/strong> OR<strong> 1\/2 cup raisins <\/strong>(you can soak the raisins first, if you want plumper raisins)<\/p>\n<p>Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10-12 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Want a low\/no fat version?
