Good for You-Naturally!

The mixture of foods that we eat together determines whether they'll be properly, thoroughly digested or not, in turn determining whether our bodies will be able to utilize the nutrients present in food we eat. Remember the only nutrients that matter to our bodies, are the ones that reach the cellular level (our individual cells) in a form usable as nutrition to that cell.

If you have any type of digestive problems, consider trying proper food combining. If you don't have any problems, perhaps this would help prevent them.

* Fresh Juices - Fruit or Vegetable

* Fruit -

* Vegetables -

* Do not eat starches (whole grains, potatoes, corn, etc.) and protein (nuts, legumes, etc.) together.
