It is indeed yummy, but it wouldn&#8217;t help you on your road to good health and weight loss. It wouldn&#8217;t be <a href=\"http:\/\/frommeandmyhouse.com\/gfy\" target=\"_blank\"><em><strong>Good for You-Naturally!<\/strong><\/em><\/a>\u2122<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Instead I will share with you another delicious, special brownie recipe I shared with our <a href=\"http:\/\/frommeandmyhouse.com\/gfy\/downloads\/good-for-you-naturally-for-life\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><em>Good for You-Naturally!<\/em>\u2122 for Life Online Course &amp; Community<\/strong><\/a> this week.\u00a0 A yummy, super quick and easy <em>raw<\/em> brownie. These truly have the texture and even taste of cooked brownies. They take only 4\u00a0 ingredients and probably no more than 4 minutes &#8211; start to finish. Measure.\u00a0 Blend. You&#8217;re done.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong> <em>Good for You-Naturally!\u2122<\/em> bRAWnies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em> from the kitchen of Lisa @ Me &amp; My House<\/em><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1 cup organic raw walnuts<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1 cup organic medjool dates, pitted<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1\/4 cup raw carob (or cacao) powder<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>1\/2 tsp. real vanilla<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Put walnuts into food processor and process until ground. With processor still running add halved dates, 1 at a time, then carob power and vanilla. Process until smooth. Check consistency. It should hold together. If it doesn&#8217;t, add just a little bit of water.<\/p>\n<p>Press into pan. (Double this recipe to fill an 8&#215;8 pan.) Cut into squares.
