We have now made soy yogurt - that turned out great! It was with store bought soy milk. It was &quot;plain&quot; not flavored. I don&#039;t remember if it had any &quot;sweetener&quot; listed on the label - it was SoySilk - but I didn&#039;t add any other sweetener to it.
I did add agar agar (1/2 tsp. powder to 1 qt. soy milk) and it turned out nice and thick.
